FuelDiary is a fuel and maintenance log for your vehicles. It is built to work without collecting any personal data.
None. FuelDiary has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not operate any server that receives your data.
Everything you enter — vehicles, fill-ups, services, expenses, reminders and settings — is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Files you import from other apps (for example aCar, Fuelly, Drivvo, Fuelio or Simply Auto exports) are read on your device and are not uploaded anywhere.
When you export a CSV file or a PDF report, the file is created on your device and shared only where you choose (for example email or cloud storage) using your device's standard share sheet.
The optional one-time "Pro" purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. The store tells the app only whether Pro has been purchased.
FuelDiary is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
